Emi and I met our friends and their babies in downtown Edmonds for a wonderful walk along the waterfront yesterday. It was sunny and warm with a nice cool breeze in the shade - a perfect way to spend the afternoon. We hit up the beach for some playtime afterward. Emi enjoyed dipping her hands in the warm sand (or, gravel) for the first time. I turned my head for a brief second and into her mouth went the gravel pieces. Yum. I guess those come out eventually.
